Another group of students who qualified for the Presidential Scholarship Programme are set to leave for South Africa tomorrow to begin their studies.
In a statement yesterday, executive director of the programme, Cde Chris Mushohwe — who is also Manicaland Governor and Resident Minister — said all students accepted at Rhodes, Walter Sisulu, Venda and Limpopo universities would board buses at Compensation House at 9am.
Cde Mushohwe also said those who failed to turn up would meet their own transport costs.
Some of this year’s 1 500 beneficiaries left for South Africa on January 29.
