A 32-YEAR-OLD Bulawayo man is seeking financial assistance to undergo two operations estimated to cost $12,000 to remove a brain tumour. Farai Mlaga of Nkulumane developed the tumour in 2013 while working in Swaziland.

His condition deteriorated and he was forced to come back home, but he cannot seek employment because he is constantly in and out of hospital.

Mlaga said that he has become partially blind because of the brain tumour hence he has to undergo two surgeries at West End Clinic in Harare.

“The first one is very urgent because the doctors have to remove excess water in my brain that causes brain damage,” said Mlaga.

“The second surgery requires the doctors to remove the tumour which requires treatment to prevent serious complications.”

He said his condition is deteriorating constantly and he has been diagnosed with epilepsy which has led to constant seizures.

He said well-wishers could contact him on mobile numbers 0715882281 and 0771013344 or his aunt Prisca Dube on 0733587155 or 0771784323.
