RELEGATION threatened CS Distributors visit the lion’s den, Desert Stadium in Njube hoping to stop high scoring Chicken Inn in a Zifa Bulawayo Province Division Two league match this afternoon.

The game promises to be explosive given that both teams have been performing well in the past few weeks with CS Distributors going into today’s game coming from two consecutive league wins.

CS Distributors collected maximum points against Saints Academy who they beat 1-0 and LSU who they edged 2-1. On the other end, seventh on the table Chicken Inn are aiming for a top four finish and will be hoping to add CS Distributors to their casualty list.

Chicken Inn have scored a massive seven goals in their last two matches, beating struggling LSU 3-0 a fortnight ago before crushing Arenel 4-0 last weekend.

Tyson Ndebele, Irvine Mukombe and Itai Mabhunu who were on target against Arenel will hope to carry the day for the Drumstick Boys.

Chicken Inn’s form does not scare CS Distributors who are just a point above relegation.

“The boys are ready to go. It took us time to get used to the pressure and tempo of the league but we have hit top form. We are confident that positive results will keep coming our way as we look towards surviving relegation,” said CS Distributors team manager Ambrose Mandipuyana.

CS Distributors will bank on attacking players Brendon Kanombira and Vusa Masina to guide them to a much needed victory. Meanwhile, table-toppers Toronto visit bottom placed LSU who are still to register a win this season, while second placed CIWU play host to White Birds.
