THE Bulawayo Metropolitan Province Darts League teams resume their rivalry tonight with a full fixtures programme. Last week Archers, Old Nic Mine, Railstars and ZRP Bulawayo recorded massive wins and will be under the spotlight tonight.

A gruelling duel is on the cards when Archers lock horns with Highlanders at the latter’s club house.

Earnest “Maphepha” Sibanda of Archers Club said they respect Highlanders and will therefore play their best combinations.

“It will be a tough match indeed as we face off with Highlanders. We will be without Albert Tawanda who is a key player but we can manage to put together a good team,” said Maphepha.

He added that teams will be looking to gain maximum points from the matches.

He said it was key for teams to get as many points as possible early into the season.

“It will be tough because no team wants to lose so I can assure you to expect surprises because there is no in-experienced team. Early days will always be tough as every team wants to collect maximum points and lose none,” said Maphepha.

Fixtures
