CHAMPIONS Dynamos believe Tsholotsho FC will not be easy opponents when the new boys come to Rufaro this afternoon for a Castle Lager Premiership tie. The Glamour Boys will first launch DeMbare TV at the Holiday Inn at 10am where the club’s leadership will also unveil their marketing plans.

The champions yesterday extended an invitation to journalists to the function where they will address the media on their DeMbare TV project and their marketing plans.

Then, a few hours later, the Glamour Boys will take on Tsholotsho knowing that a victory will help them close the gap between them and the leaders.

Team manager Richard Chihoro said Tsholotsho, who caused the first upset this season by beating Harare City at the same venue in the opening match of the season, will not be taken lightly.

“We’re really serious about this game because it’s the small teams that usually give us all sorts of problems,” said Chihoro.

“They always raise their game against Dynamos, like what Whawha did recently. They beat us and you cannot believe they are the team that is losing to almost everyone in the league.

“So this game against Tsholotsho is a tricky one as well. I hope we will take it up from the performance in our last game at How Mine where we played well and won away,” said Chihoro.

DeMbare are hoping to take advantage of the slip-up by pace-setters Chicken Inn and Triangle who lost their matches at the weekend.

They are currently fourth on the log standings with 20 points while leaders Chicken Inn have 23 points.

The Glamour Boys will be without Obey Mwerahari, Qadr Amini and Simba Nhivi who are still out with injuries.

On a positive note, their midfield magician, Ronald Chitiyo who had been on national duty with the Warriors at Cosafa, could be back to beef up the side as he returned home at the weekend after the team was knocked out by Namibia.

Tsholotsho are currently sitting on 13th position with nine points.
