The delegation is expected to hold talks with Mines and Mining Development Ministry officials and other stakeholders.
They are also expected to tour mining operations in Chiadzwa during their three-day working visit.
The delegation comprises representatives of the Antwerp Diamond Bank, the State Bank of India and officials from 24 renowned diamond companies.
