ZIMBABWE’S best rugby playing school this season, Falcon College, maintained their unbeaten run stretching back to the pre-season when they dispatched Christian Brothers’ College 72-8 at CBC on Saturday.

Falcon have not tasted defeat in the 12 matches they have played since their pre-season tour of South Africa where they won three matches.

The Esigodini-based school also won three times in the Dairibord Schools Rugby Festival in Harare.

They have so far beaten Prince Edward, Peterhouse, St John’s College, CBC twice and drawn against St George’s College.

This brilliant display has seen Falcon dominating the Old Mutual bankrolled Under-18 Junior Sables side for the annual Coca-Cola Craven Week in Stellenbosch, South Africa next month.

Falcon have nine players in the 22-member travelling squad as well as four of the seven non-travelling reserves.

Milton’s first match at home since 2009 ended in defeat to fierce rivals Gifford. Milton lost 5-21 to Gifford. Petra High lost 7-22 to Hellenic.
