HWANGE FC have three more players suspended for their last game against Buffaloes in Mutare, the second consecutive match they will miss three stars.

In their last match against FC Platinum, which they lost 1-0, Chipangano had the highest number of suspensions out of the 16 players who were suspended for accumulating three yellow cards.

In that match Hwange missed Munyaradzi Mungadze, Takabva Mawaya and Gilbert Zulu. As they head for their last match of the season against Buffaloes at Sakubva Stadium on Sunday, the coal miners will again be without three players, talisman Rodwell Chinyengetere, central defenders Gerald Ndlovu and David Boriwondo.

Chinyengetere’s third caution though was under controversial circumstances after he was adjudged to have elbowed referee Allen Basvi despite the fact that the player was back pedalling and could not have intentionally done that.

The three are among eight players whose 2014 Castle Lager Premiership season ended on Week 29 after accumulating three yellow cards.

Championship aspirants ZPC Kariba and Dynamos will miss a player each, Saul Chaminuka doing without Tsepo Rantokoane while Callisto Pasuwa will make do without Rodrick Mutuma.

Chapungu’s Maxwell Mavuto, Chicken Inn’s Thabani Goredema and former Hwange player Aaron Katebe, now at FC Platinum will all miss their clubs’ last games of the season.
