Kingston’s Rwanda concerts cancelled

star’s Jet Ski accident last month.
According to C&A Entertainment, a Zimbabwean music promotion company that brought Kingston to Harare, they had planned to host Kingston in Rwanda in partnership with Rwandese promoters.
“We have decided to cancel the show in Rwanda after what happened to Sean Kingston. We had wanted to take him to Rwanda in partnership with our friends there but that is no longer possible since the accident occurred last month.

“The guys from Rwanda were here in Zimbabwe when Kingston performed two concerts and they liked what they saw and for now, we can only wish Kingston a speedy recovery,” Clint Robinson of C&A Entertainment said.

Sean Kingston is reportedly getting his life back after a serious Labour Day weekend jet skiing accident.
“The Jamaican-American singer landed in the Trauma Centre at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida, with a broken jaw, fractured wrist and water in his lungs after hitting a bridge. He was later moved to the intensive care unit.

As of Monday (June 6), Kingston’s representative confirmed that the 21-year-old is expected to make a full recovery within six weeks, according to US Weekly reports.
“His condition has been upgraded to serious. Sean is breaking on his own and walked for the first time this morning,” his rep told US Weekly.

“Sean thanks his friends, family and fans for their outpouring of prayers and well wishes.
“Happy to hear the prognosis is good – Here’s wishing Kingston a speedy recovery.”

However, Sean Kingston not only angered Zimbabwean fans by lying on his Facebook page that he splashed US$3 000 into the crowd but also that his two performances were so pathetic and a big yawn.
Already, C&A Entertainment are looking forward to hosting another Jamaican star – Elephant Man – at Harare’s Glamis Stadium on June 24.

The “Energy God”, as he is affectionately known in dancehall circles, is billed to face off with Zimbabwe’s own dancehall prodigy, Winky D aka “Di Bigman”, and a host of other emcees including Sniper Storm, Jiggaz and Guspy Warrior, to mention a few.
