After weeks of rigorous challenges, sweat and tears, 26-year-old Joburger, Kayise Ngqula clinched the title of Our Perfect Wedding’s new presenter.

Still covered in strips of confetti, Kayise, an International Relations and Politics student at the University of Johannesburg, could not contain her excitement after the big announcement: “I’m over the moon and I can’t wait to start this new journey.

“I want to give myself fully to this process. One of the things I love about OPW is how it celebrates diversity and even though I’m Xhosa, I hope to share myself with the viewers and include all the amazing cultures we have in this country,” said Kayise.

Reneilwe Sema, director of Local Entertainment Channels at M-Net said: “It’s been a lovely journey to have Our Perfect Wedding viewers participating in finding a new presenter.
