AFTER a six-year hiatus, Bulawayo kwaito pioneers PoZee and his sister Skhu of the Hamba Nobani fame have bounced back with a new track titled Sisemsebenzini.

Featuring former Intombi Zomqangala member Thandy Dhlana-Jele who is now pursuing a solo career as an ethno-soul sensation and upand-coming female hip hop artiste Llady-eef, the single is a fusion of gqom, hip-hop and ethno-soul. It was produced and mastered by P2Daoh.

PoZee said the song was dedicated to music promoters who abuse artistes by hiring them and not paying for services provided.

“Sisemsebenzini is a hustle and bustle track aimed towards the people who underrate local talent. We decided to feature underground artistes because we want to give them a chance to be heard by the people,” said PoZee.

As a way of maintaining their fan base, Skhu stated that a new album whose release is billed for early next year was on the pipeline. She urged fans to expect a high quality track offering.

“Our fans have waited for a long time to hear something from us. Sisemsebenzini is just a warm up single for the yet-to-be-titled album that we’re planning to release early next year,” Skhu said.
