“NO human being uses private parts to think,” a Bulawayo magistrate told the 20-year-old primary school teacher who recently made headlines for sodomising 10 pupils from Inyathi.Colet Ncube ordered Nkosiyazi Sibanda to seek medical examination to ascertain claims that he had erectile problems that forced him to commit the sickening crime.
Sibanda, who is facing 17 counts of sodomy, told the court during the previous trial that his actions were prompted by previous sexual abuses he experienced when two unknown women abducted him.

Yesterday, Ncube ordered Sibanda, who taught at Longwe Primary School in Kenilworth, Inyathi, to seek medical attention after he produced a report confirming he was abducted and sexually abused.

“We have managed to find the document proving that Nkosiyazi made a police report about his abduction and sexual abuse in Gweru April, 2012. However, we failed to reach his sponsors as one Sister Francis passed on,” prosecutors said.

Magistrate Ncube acknowledged the report.

“Now that we got the police reports, we need proof from a medical doctor before this court can deliberate on his case. This does not mean he will be pardoned because there is no human being who uses private parts to think, so he is still facing charges of abusing his pupils,” he said.

A Grade 7 pupil who sparked the investigation told investigators that sometime in August last year, Sibanda called him to his bedroom before closing and locking the door.
He then grabbed the boy and molested him once, said prosecutors.

On October 1, 2013 Sibanda sent the same boy to his house after telling him to go and start a fire, it is alleged. But prosecutors say he quickly followed and performed a sickening sex attack on the boy which left him in great pain.

The boy told his mother leading to Sibanda’s arrest which revealed nine more abuses.
