RENOWNED Skyz Metro FM presenters B-Kay and TKP have clinched an ambassadorial deal with Proton Bakery that will see them representing and promoting the popular Marondera-based company’s products in Bulawayo through the city’s radio station.

The duo’s election comes after they impressed Proton Bakery leadership whom they worked with on a number of projects in the past months. They join popular Star FM presenters KVG and Phathisani who are also Proton ambassadors, promoting the brand’s products in Harare.

“Their programme on Skyz Metro FM ‘Pick a Crumb’ has been fantastic and has quite a huge following. We were impressed by the way they host the show and would like to congratulate them for a job well done,” said Proton Bakery sales manager Simba Bodzo.

The duo was ecstatic about the deal.

“It’s always a good thing to represent a brand that gives people real value for their money. You know you’re being honest to the people when you get on air everyday and tell them you can buy Proton products because it’s the best bread out there and it’s uncontested,” said TKP.

“It’s a good partnership as it adds value to our brands and the radio station.”

B-Kay said they were grateful to Skyz Metro FM for putting them in the limelight.

“The radio station put us out there and then Proton chose us because they saw us fit to represent their brand. We’re very grateful to the station for giving us a platform to shine,” said B-Kay.
