THE Sports and Recreation Commission will this morning meet with the presidents of all national sports associations (NSAs) at an indaba which will mainly deliberate on four critical matters affecting the sports industry in the country.

The indaba, according to the SRC spokesperson, Tirivashe Nheweyembwa, will see the gathering deliberating on the proposed setting up of the Sport Arbitration Centre, checking on the NSA’s compliance with the SRC Act, membership of the various NSAs as well as a report on the revised Zimbabwe National Youth Games which were held in August  and the way forward.

“It is therefore critical for all NSA presidents to attend this important indaba which decides on policy matters affecting the running of their organizations. The platform also affords the SRC board an opportunity to interface and get to appreciate the successes and challenges that may be facing the sports industry,” said Nheweyembwa.
