THE Zifa Central Soccer League (CSL) promotional race reaches fever pitch this afternoon with log leaders Tongogara facing off with correctional services side Whawha at Whawha Grounds.

This is one game which may determine the destiny of the league championship.

The two sides are separated by three points with the army side on 58 points while Whawha are second on 55 points, with a game in hand as their  abandoned game against Makusha is yet to be determined.

A win for Tongogara will see them extending their lead at the summit of the standings and will become clear favourites with six round of matches to go.

Tongogara come into the match enjoying good form and will be hoping to complete a double over Whawha who they beat 1-0 in the reverse fixture.

Whawha coach, Luke Petros-Jukulile, believes his side is up to the challenge and can get revenge for the defeat they suffered at the hands of their adversaries this afternoon.
