AFRICA’S top eight nations at Under-20 level will battle it out for continental supremacy at the 2015 Fifa World Cup when they gather in Senegal for the 20th edition of the Caf African Youth Championships (AYC).

The biannual tournament serves as the pinnacle of youth football on the continent and introduces to the world Africa’s next superstars. It also doubles as a qualifying campaign for the Youth World Cup which also takes place after every two years. The semi-finalists qualify for the World Cup finals.

SuperSport will broadcast live all 16 matches of the March 8 to 22 tournament.

A new champion will be crowned this year after defending champions Egypt failed to make it to the finals.

Battling it out for the crown and the four tickets to New Zealand are hosts Senegal, South Africa, Zambia, Nigeria, Ghana, Cote d’Ivoire, Mali and Congo.
