THE Splash Festival that is pencilled for Zimbabwe this weekend will hold its first show at the popular Pagomba Cafe in Beitbridge on Friday before the Dalom artistes come to Bulawayo for another performance at Hartsfield Rugby Grounds on Saturday.

In Beitbridge, Dan Tshanda will perform with stable musicians Dalom Kids, Machikos, Peacock and Mpho Majika, with DJs Woza Dynamite, Prince Eskhosini, Comfy and Wallace. Entrance will be $5 until 10PM and $10 thereafter with the VIP being $20.

In Bulawayo, the SA artistes will be joined by man-of-the-moment Madlela Skhobokhobo, Clement Magwaza and Ashleigh. On the DJs side Mzoe, Jza, Wyqlif and Woza Dynamite from SA will take care of business. The first 1 000 people to get to the venue will pay $5, thereafter it will cost $10 for general tickets and $20 for VIP.

Show organiser, Vusumuzi Siqalaba said the SA artistes would arrive in Zimbabwe on Friday adding that Tshanda was looking forward to the shows.

“Tshanda is very eager to perform in Zimbabwe. It’s been two years since he performed in Bulawayo and as usual, he said people should bring their dancing shoes at it will be a memorable night,” said Siqalaba.
