Highlanders have added a special twist to the event by featuring what promises to be an exhilarating football match between their current first-team players and club legends. This friendly yet competitive match is set to be a thrilling spectacle, bringing fans of all ages closer to the players who have shaped the club’s rich history.

Nozibelo Maphosa, the club’s communications officer, said they are looking forward to a day filled with fun.
“The whole purpose of the Family Fun Day is to raise money for the club, but equally important, it’s about socialising as the Highlanders family before the start of the new season. This will be a family-friendly environment, and we expect our fans to bring their families along for a good time together.
There will be plenty of entertainment, and we are inviting everyone to come along,” said Maphosa.
The club has also invited local vendors to book stalls and showcase their products, adding a community flair to the occasion. — @innocentskizoe.
