ZIMBABWE Saints team manager Godfrey Paradza believes they have the pedigree to stun the well assembled Adachi FC when the two sides meet in a Zifa Southern Region Division One Soccer League encounter on Sunday afternoon.

Saints have only collected a single point from six matches they have played this season. They have drawn once and lost five times.

Chauya Chikwata sits on position 17 on the 18 team table.
“We are not a bad side. I think we are playing well.

Our major downfall has been conceding goals late but I think we will get things right soon. Adachi are a good side but l am certain we can get a result if we get the basics right,” said Paradza.

They face an Adachi side that is in position four with 12 points from six games. Adachi are four points behind leaders ZPC Hwange who top of the table with 16 points, same as Talen Vision who are second due to an inferior goal difference.

Adachi, coached by veteran Philani “Beefy” Ncube who is being assisted by former Highlanders goalkeepers’ trainer Peter “Oxo” Nkomo and ex-Warriors midfielder Johannes Ngodzo have experienced players in their ranks that include Welcome Ndiweni and Crispen Machisi.
