Congrats Simba Bhora! If not today then very, very soon

IS this Tonderai Ndiraya’s Finest Hour?
Well, if Simba Bhora pick, at least a point in their three remaining games, Tonderai Ndiraya will celebrate his greatest moment in his football career.
The wait may be over today if they draw against relegated Arenel Movers in Bulawayo this afternoon,
They are in such a very good space they might not even need to get a point today.
If FC Platinum, whose dreams were crushed in cruel fashion by a Dynamos side revived by Coach Lloyd “MaBlanyo” Chigowe, in that 0-2 defeat at Rufaro, fail to win today, Ndiraya and his men will be champions even if they lose.
Their success story has been built on a foundation of a dominant show at home at Wadzanai where they remain unbeaten in the league this season.
But, their crowning moment is likely to come in the City of Kings.
Ndiraya would have completed Mission Impossible by taking Simba Bhora who only came into the top-flight league last year, to the championship.
Before his arrival in Shamva, Ndiraya had been sacked by Dynamos and it’s fair to say that his stock was very low.
Choosing a small but ambitious side was considered by some as a huge risk for Ndiraya.
And, there were concerns when his side found themselves in relegation trouble.
To their credit, the club’s bosses stuck with him as they heard his argument that they needed to add more quality and also start playing at home.
He was given both requests and he has delivered and today he could make history as the first coach to guide a Mashonaland Central team to the league championship.
