Dr Gerald Zhou is the Chief Executive Officer of Inclusive Financial Services Limited. He has nearly three decades of banking experience having worked for banks such as ZB Financial Holdings, Banc ABC and Standard Bank.

He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, Masters in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science Honours in Economics, Masters in Political Marketing, Master of Leadership in Development Finance, Advanced Diploma in Corporate Management, Diploma in Banking, Advanced Diploma in Bank Credit Management, Making Microfinance work ILO certification, Post graduate certificate in Corporate Management, Certified Expert in Microfinance, Certified Expert in Digital Finance and Certified Expert in SME finance.

Dr Zhou has been awarded a number of accolades in business circles. These include National Businessman of the year, CEO of the year and Service Excellence Executive from the Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce, Zimbabwe Institute of Management and Megafest Holdings.
