Gwesela, Mupandare and Mutekede leave Zifa

THE Zifa Normalisation Committee has reached a consensus to part ways mutually with three staffers after months of protracted negotiations. Zifa last night confirmed in a statement that the trio had since agreed to leave Zifa.
“Zimbabwe Football Association (Zifa) wishes to inform all its valued stakeholders and the public that the Association has mutually agreed to part ways with the following employees: Xolisani Gwesela (Acting secretary general), Wellington Mpandare (General manager, national teams) and Wilson Mutekede (Technical Director),” read a statement by the Normalisation Committee confirmed as authentic by member Sikhumbuzo Ndebele last night.
