Kariba, Zimbabwe – In a tragic incident yesterday, Sinai Mpofu, a resident of Kariba, was trampled to death by an elephant while walking home with fellow fishermen before sunset.

Mpofu and her companions were returning from Lake Kariba where they had been fishing when the encounter occurred.
