Supporting the launch will be Pastor Barrack, Vusa Mangena and Faith Mucha Welsh. The album is a second offering from the artist following the success of her first album ‘Ngiyabonga’.

In an interview Minister Lindani shared that she is excited to be launching the album though there were delays from the studio. She also took us through the making of the album.

“The delay was from the studio. The songs had a lot of work to be done especially on the mixing and mastering part hence the delay.

“I have featured Faith Mucha Welsh on one of the songs called Akasibaleli. Faith Mucha Welsh is a Bulawayo gospel Artist as well. Also I have worked with one of Bulawayo’s powerful vocalists Pamela Saunyama on the song Ulungile Baba.

“Pamela has worked so hard together with my producer Daniel Ndlovu in song arrangements and in making this album a success. I will not forget to mention the backing vocals of Laura Ndlovu as Soprano, Thabo Moyo as tenor and Pamela as Alto. I applaud them for the beautiful work and commitment to this project. I have also released two singles namely Mbonge on jazz and a public domain hymn Mwari murizuva.

“These two produced by Just Perssy studio will also be performed at the live DVD recording,” she said.

She went on to share that as a way of ensuring that the word of God reaches everyone, she composes her songs in both Shona and Ndebele and is looking forward to covering other languages found in Zimbabwe soon.

“I write songs in Shona and Ndebele because I want to make sure I reach out to everyone regardless of their tribe. I look forward to releasing Tonga, IsiKalanga, Venda just to mention a few. This message of the love of God must be taken to all mankind for Christ died for all,” she said.

The album comes with 10 tracks namely Usomhlolo, Imvana eyophayo, Zita raShe, Akasibaleli, Jesu wangu, Lindela kuJesu, Sigcwalise, Ulungile Baba, Lolu thando and Ngeka Jesu lento.

One of the standout tracks which Minister Lindani considers to be her favourite is Akasibaleli which means he does not keep record for he is a merciful God. She described the song as a testament of God’s goodness and undeniable presence in her life. The lyrics express her conviction that God never forsakes His children.
