She emphasised that the projects being undertaken are all aligned with the Government’s vision of devolution, as outlined in Section 13 of the Constitution.

“Thank you, your Excellency, for your support,” said Minister Rwodzi.

“We also acknowledge the support we received from chiefs and every community member, as well as the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education. We are thankful for all your contributions.”

The Minister highlighted the various benefits of the projects, including the introduction of wheat farming that will support 800 families, regardless of the weather conditions.

She also noted that the tourism aspect of the project, including the construction of the dam, will provide opportunities for fishing, boat cruising, and conferencing.

“These are all results of Education 5.0,” Minister Rwodzi stated, referring to the Government’s comprehensive approach to education that emphasises innovation, industrialisation, and community engagement.

The Chirumhanzu projects, with their focus on agriculture, tourism, and community empowerment, exemplify the Government’s commitment to driving rural development and ensuring that no one is left behind in the country’s progress.
