A TOTAL of six Castle Lager Premier Soccer League midweek fixtures have been lined up for this afternoon at different venues across the country.

Log leaders Ngezi Platinum Stars will be home to Black Rhinos in a match that will be staged at Mhondoro’s Baobab Stadium.

The two teams are coming from successful past weekend hunts after they managed to secure their Chibuku Super Cup semi-final berths.

They accounted for Herentals and Chicken Inn respectively.

Interestingly, Ngezi Platinum Stars were drawn to face Black Rhinos in the semi-finals of the cup contest while Dynamos and CAPS United will clash in another mouth-watering tie.

Makepekepe are this afternoon set to meet Yadah Stars at Bata Stadium while Highlanders fight it out against Sheasham at Barbourfields Stadium.

In their last five league games, Baltemar Brito’s Bosso has managed to post a single win and this afternoon they will be hard pressed to finally get it right and please their hordes of impatient followers.

Second placed Bosso has 44 points from 23 games. They are four points behind Ngezi Platinum Stars.

 Herentals College welcome Chicken Inn at the giant National Sports Stadium.

Defending champions FC Platinum made the trip to the Lowveld for their game against third placed Manica Diamonds at Gibbo Stadium.

Veteran coach Luke Masomere and his ZPC Kariba charges will square it off against Greenfuel at Nyamhunga Stadium.

In a midweek fixture played yesterday, army side Cranborne Bullets edged new boys Simba Bhora1-0.

The other two midweek fixtures will be played tomorrow. These will feature Triangle versus Dynamos at Gibbo Stadium while Bulawayo Chiefs are set to face Hwange at Luveve Stadium.
