THE 2024 edition of the Jacaranda Music Festival will be held at the Thorn Park Polo Grounds in Harare and will run from October 4 to 6.

An array of outstanding local artistes and international performers will entertain thousands of people expected to attend the festival.

Preparations for the festival, which started two weeks ago, are in full swing. A star-studded lineup that includes MiCasa, Dlala Thukzin, Freeman and the HKD Band, Aga Nyabinde, Mbeu, Feli Nandi, Cassper Nyovest, Nutty O, Musa Keys, Master H and Felo Le Tee, among others, will entertain music fans.

The festival will kick off with performances by Ace Frvr, Reverb 7, MiCasa, The Travellers Band, Dlala Thukzin and Freeman with his HKD Band.

The second day will feature an increased number of performances from Aga Nyabinde, Skyroot, Scripts and Bars, Shaku Shante, Expressions by Daniel Deushile, Rax the DJ, Feli Nandi, Cassper Nyovest, Nutty O, Mary Anibal, Sylent Nqo, Music Director Jose Sax, Spunj, DJ Neptune and renditions of Reggae icons Bob Marley, Lucky Dube and UB40 presented by Mbeu.

The closing day will be headlined by Musa Keys, Backtrack Vocals, Nomfusi, Idoipe-Cuervo Lento, James Sakala Morda, St Emmo, Mookomba, Master H and Felo Le Tee.

Jacaranda Music Festival organiser, Walter Wanyanya said this year’s edition is going to be bigger and better.
