The sell outs have created hell for us when ED is trying to make things better. They have taken advantage of the freedom that does not even exist in Western countries to create chaos on the local market. Sanctions remain in place and are being synchronised to work hand in hand with the destabilisation acts of the sell-out business community just to show SA and Namibia what happens when land reforms are carried out against Western interests. —Truthhurts

Response to “Performance-based contracts for perm secs.” This can keep permanent secretaries on their toes. They must know that they have to deliver to stay in office. I think this strategy should be used in many departments. It can help inculcate a spirit of hard work among our people. Some of these people relax once they get into office. — Panashe Mukana.
