Tuskers head to Harare for Pro50 Championship Tuskers training at Queens Sports Club

TUSKERS are heading to Harare where they will face off against Eagles in their opening encounter of the 2022/23 Pro50 Championship as the Zimbabwe Cricket domestic season gets underway on Saturday.

The match will be played at Old Hararians Sports Club in the capital and they had a training session yesterday before they left.  The traveling team comprises of 15 players. Left arm spinner Ainsley Ndlovu is the Tuskers captain for the Pro50 Championship.

In their second match of the season, Tuskers will host Rocks at the city’s ceremonial home of cricket, Queens Sports Club in back-to-back fixtures with the third game played a day later on Sunday.

Fixture number four and five will be against Mountaineers in Mutare on 13 and 15 October respectively.

A 13-day break will be followed by home fixtures against Rhinos at Queens Sports Club which will be their last league fixtures before third place play offs and the final which are both scheduled for 5 November.

The travelling team boasts of seasoned campaigners such as Brian Chari, Ernest Masuku, Luke Jongwe and Charlton Tshuma.
