Mark 6:33-44 is our main scripture today. Here, the children of God are coming to listen to Jesus in a deserted place. It is late and they have no food, there are no shops, and there is nothing there.

Jesus Christ was approached by the disciples saying people are angry, they want something to eat. Jesus asked if they had something to give the people but the disciples told Jesus they had no money and they would want to see His hand.

People of God for us to see the hand of God, we must come to a point where we accept that even with our own money there is nothing that we can do, there is no way you can get that type of sustenance to deal with your situation.

We need to understand that we will not see the hand of the Lord until we address the question of faith. Jesus wants you to come to a point where you realise that your own hands cannot help you. When things are happening in your life, you will try to use your left hand, your ability, to fix whatever issue you are facing.

When the left-hand fails, you try some areas of your strength maybe friends, or something or someone to help you. Now, when both your hands have failed and you have come to the point where you are desperate, that is when you will see the hand of God.
The hand of God will never show up in your life as long as your hands are still doing stuff.

The reason why some of us are not seeing the hand of God is we are still busy trying to put things together with our own strength.

God will allow you to move around and about your problem, until you realise that these bones are too dry for me, Ezekiel 37:1-5. At this point, the hand of God comes in full of power, full of dominion, full of rulership, full of empowerment, and strength.

The hand of God talks of His presence in the lives of His people.
