Watch : Professor Mthuli Ncube donates rice to Cowdray Park Residents

FINANCE, Economic Development and Investment Promotion Minister Professor Mthuli Ncube is in Cowdray Park today, where he is set to donate 10 000 tonnes of Rice to the vulnerable and elderly in the suburb.
The donation is being done through his Mthuli Ncube Foundation in partnership with a non governmental group-Tzu Chi Zimbabwe.
