Welcome to the second T20I between Zimbabwe and Pakistan at Queens Sports Club.

The series is on the line for the Chevrons, who must win today’s match to level the three-match series at 1-1. The hosts lost the series opener by 57 runs on Sunday.

It remains to be seen whether they will be able to bounce back when it matters most, on home conditions.

Captain Sikandar Raza and assistant coach Dion Ebrahim, who also serves as the batting coach, emphasised the importance of getting it right with the bat after a disappointing performance on Sunday.

Zimbabwe have struggled to cope with the Pakistani spinners in the four matches they have played so far, including the three ODIs.

For Zimbabwe, this is the time to save the series, while for the visitors, it’s an opportunity to seal the series and take an unassailable 2-0 lead with one match remaining.
