HARARE, Zimbabwe – This morning, President Emmerson Mnangagwa, the Commander in Chief of the Zimbabwe Defence Forces, arrived at the Zimbabwe Staff College to preside over the graduation ceremony for Joint Command and Staff Course Number 37.
