Jah Prayzah put up a top-notch performance justifying his billing as one of Zimbabwe’s most sought after performers, in Bulawayo on Friday night.The NAMA award winner lived up to his billing as his good vocals, perfect dance routines and exceptional organisation of instruments setting the bar high for musical rivals, much to the delight of his fans.

The show, hosted at Club Royal, attracted a bumper crowd as the Third Generation band staged an exciting performance winning the hearts of the fans.

Dressed in his usual military stage attire, Jah Prayzah, whose real name is Mukudzei Mukombe, sent the crowd wild with excitement as he dropped hit after hit.

The songs came mainly from his previous award-winning album Tsviriyo and Kumbumura Mhute with the lively crowd singing along.

Sisiriya, Mwanasikana, Sunga Dzisimbe,Tsviriyo and Kumbumura Mhute proved to be the fans’ favourites on the night.

Even businessman Tapiwa Gandiwa who runs the joint could not hide his joy as Jah Prayzah performed.

“Jah Prayzah is one of the best artistes in the country and he is loved by the fans in Bulawayo, this is his traditional venue and he has always performed here every time he comes to town,” he said.

Speaking after the show, the musician said he was humbled by the support he got from the people of Bulawayo.

On the same event, the soldier-wannabe was honored by the organizers of the show who presented him with abelated birthday cake to celebrate his 27th birthday.
