THE decks are set for dynamic South African house music duo Black Motion who will be performing at the All Black Party at Cosmopolitan Night Club in Bulawayo tonight with VIP and VVIP tickets sold out.

The pair of Smol and DJ Murder is expected in the city this afternoon before they mesmerise revellers on a Wednesday night.

According to organisers, 3D Events, there were only 30 VIP and 10 VVIP tickets up for grabs and they have all been snapped up by party hungry revellers who want to have the best view of the Imali hit-makers without pushing and shoving. Mduduzi Mdlongwa of 3D Events said the duo was excited with one of them set to bring his wife.

“DJ Murder said he was bringing his wife for the show. It demonstrates that they are here to spend time with Zimbabweans and the duo is excited at performing.

“They’ve promised fans a night to remember,” said Mdlongwa.

He said ordinary tickets would be sold for $20 at the doors which open at 5PM. Local DJs Victor Bravo, Nizhe DebSoul, Liz, Slimza, Staffa, Nospa, Crazy Dee, Ras Obido, Wellwonz, Eugy, Tshutshu and Crazy Black will share the decks with their SA counterparts. Holding fort for Cosmopolitan will be its resident DJs Mzoe, Kananjo, Ngwesto and Keezy.

Last year’s Black Motion show at Hartsfield Rugby ground was marred by violence after the duo got to the stage late. Mdlongwa said this will not be the case as the boys are expected on stage at 11.30PM.
