THE Bulawayo Motoring Club has unveiled its calendar for 2015. BMC vice chairman Zane Shah said they are looking forward to a busy racing season this year.

“We are looking forward to having a busy racing year, we are inviting all to support the club by participating, supporting and lending a helping hand if you wish to be involved in any event or aspect of any discipline,” said Shah.

He said the first event will be a Sound Off at the Victoria Falls Circuit on March 1.

“The sound off will have various stalls and facilities for kids. The first event will have the Bulawayo BMW and Toyota Clubs in full force at this event, making it one of the biggest sound offs in many years. We are working on making our events bigger and better than last year,” he said

Shah said among the events is a Fun Day which will comprise various events and will be free of admission for all who want to attend.

“We set March 23 as the final day for our Fun Day which will comprise various events and displays for drivers and public free of charge,” he said.

Shah said they have not yet set a date for the Oval Flat Track but it is going to be in the dry season.

BMC have already begun club registration and have set $60 as the annual membership fee.

“Membership fees are $60 per year which allows the card holder plus one other person free entry to any event with restricted pit access,” he said.

Printed BMC calendars are expected be available soon for sale at $1 each.
