GQOM star Dladla Mshunqisi is ready to entertain music fans this festive season.

He has released an EP titled Umshunqo Reloaded and said music fans and entertainment lovers will dance like there is no tomorrow this festive season.

“Kuyafiwa, we know that festive is the season of entertainment. Every music fan can expect good music that’ll motivate them to wake up in the morning and live happily. So this EP is exactly about that. It’s about happiness and love,” said Dladla Mshunqisi, whose real name is Anele Dladla from KwaMashu, north of Durban.

“My first track Sabela features Mampintsha and Spirit Banger. There are other songs where I featured DJ Tira, Sizwe, Reece Madlisa, Beast, DJ Lag and others.

“It’s always interesting to work with these artists because of their creativity and the understanding of the gqom genre,” said Dladla, who shot to fame in 2017 when he was featured on Benny Maverick’s hit track, Memeza.

He has also been featured by various other artists who are signed under Afrotainment.

The artiste revealed that he has created his own genre called Umshunqo. -DailySun
