FOOTBALL enthusiasts will tomorrow be able to pay using EcoCash and OneMoney to watch the blockbuster encounter between Highlanders and Dynamos at Barbourfields Stadium.

This comes as a way to hype fans to come in numbers as the fixture is likely to draw a big crowd when the two traditional rivals compete for supremacy.

In a post on Highlanders’ Twitter account, the club said supporters will be able to pay using these two cashless methods on Gates 1, 4, 5, 7, 13, 18 and 23.

“Do you have cash problems? Don’t worry, we accept all modes of payment. If we can make football a family sport, we can make days a public holiday. Together we can make it. Let us all stand against violence and pitch invasion,” wrote the club.

Tickets will go for $5 for the rest of the ground, Wings will be $10 while VIP tickets will go for $15.

Highlanders have since appealed to football lovers to display the spirit of oneness during the day with the club’s chairman Kenneth Mhlophe saying peace will make everyone proud.

“A lot can be invested on matches of this magnitude, including emotions. Let us overcome emotions & enjoy the match in peace on Sunday. By maintaining peace, we are making our players and all other stakeholders proud,” posted Mhlophe on his Twitter account yesterday.

Meanwhile, fans will be in for an exciting curtain raiser when Bosso 90 clash with Victoria Falls’ Mosi Rovers in a Southern Region Division One match at 12PM.

Bosso 90 are sixth on the league table with 31 points while Rovers are 10th with 23 points.
