WHAT a way to end the year with the hosting of the first annual Boss Festival, a musical extravaganza set for the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair Hall 1 today!
Event curator, Boss Entertainment wants to stake a claim as one of the best event organisers in town with the inception of the Boss Festival.
A stellar line-up is set to perform at the event with South African hip-hop superstar Nasty C, Njelic and Robot Boii headlining proceedings. Njelic is known for his hit songs, Shesha, Wamuhle and Bade with De Mthuda while Robot Boii is popularly-known for his dance skills where he does the robot dance on his song, “Salary Salary.”
Nasty C will be in Bulawayo for the first time after mashing the place down in Harare last month at Rick Ross’ show. The SMA hit-maker will be backed by local acts Holy Ten, Buffalo Souljah, South Africa-based Jah Seed (formerly known as Appleseed from Bongo Maffin), Voltz JT, and popular hype-man MTK Ntwana set to direct traffic.
In an interview with Chronicle Showbiz, Boss Entertainment’s Patrice Manyathela who is not new to the world of events’ promotion, said all is set for the event.
“We are happy to introduce the Boss Festival, a show set to be held annually on the 27th of December to provide premier entertainment for our patrons. So far, the response has been great and we expect a huge turnout as we chauffeur masses to the New Year.
