ZIMBABWEAN players plying their trade in the Danish Superliga, Quincy Antipas and Silas Songani were both on target for their respective clubs over the weekend.
Ironically both their goals came in the 28th minute, with Antipas, a former Motor Action player, scoring in his side Hobro’s 3-1 win over Vestsjaelland while the former Harare City talisman Songani’s Sonderjyske side drew 1-1 with Randers.
Antipas, son to Chicken Inn gaffer Joey, joined the newly promoted Hobro this season and it seems it was what the doctor ordered for him as he has started the season on a high with two goals to his credit so far in five matches.

His side lie second on the table with 13 points.
Zimbabwe’s reigning Soccer Star of the Year first runner-up Songani’s side are ninth on the standings.
