Songbird Novuyo Seagirl and renowned choreographer and performing artiste, John Cole are working on a dance track that is set to be released soon.

Novuyo Seagirl, who is behind the hit songs AEIOU and Bambelela met John Cole last year at the Star FM awards. The two met again at the just ended PPC Zimbabwe Music Awards in Harare where they took pictures together in the Sunshine City.

Thereafter, they hinted that they were working on something together.

Novuyo Seagirl confirmed that they were working together on a dance song.

“It’s a fun, dance song. We want to go all out because he’s a dancer and I’m a dancer as well. We want to have fun with the song that’s being produced by Chiweddar,” said Novuyo Seagirl.

She said they wanted to work on the song last year, but lockdown restrictions affected them.

“We met in Harare at the Star FM Awards and we promised to work with each other. However, we had to postpone everything because of Covid-19 lockdown and all. But we’re now finishing up what we started,” said Novuyo Seagirl.

John Cole has four songs under his belt with Lee McHoney, award winning Ghanaian artiste Theophilus Nii Arday Otoo aka Epixode, Zimbabwe’s wheel spinner DJ Naida and Poland based hip hop artist Ashta Eez.
