The High Court in Bulawayo has granted a provisional order suspending criminal proceedings against a Nigerian businessman Alphonsus Obioma Achinulo (49) who allegedly swindled his Zimbabwean business partner of more than $70 000 in a botched deal and has given the presiding magistrate Mr Williard Maphios Moyo and the National Prosecuting Authority ten days to respond.
