HARARE-based DJ Dee Nosh rocked the decks on Saturday night at popular nightspot Club Eden ahead of its one year celebrations next week. The popular DJ (real name Kudzai Matondo) was making his second trip to Bulawayo as he was in the city in July and performed at Club Forty 40.

This time Dee Nosh was at Club Eden and it seems people are gearing up for the festive season judging by the numbers that flocked to the night spot.

At first the club was empty as late as 10PM but gradually filled up as the night wore on.

DJs Keezy, Slamma and Kananjo kept the crowd on their feet, before DJ Dee Nosh went on stage at 12 midnight.

He belted a mixture of the latest Zim Dancehall, RnB, Hip Hop and a touch of South African house music and got revellers on their feet.
From the DJs booth, the dance floor was packed with male and female revellers showing off their nimble feet as they tried to outwit each other with dance moves.

Those who were seated outside were also having a good time with ice buckets that had a concoction of alcoholic beverages. There was hardly anyone not carrying a glass or a bottle of some alcoholic beverage at the club.

As all this was happening Dee Nosh was on the decks and kept revellers on the dance floor until he ended his two hour set.

Wrapping up the night were Kananjo and Slamma who kept the momentum going with their music selection.

Speaking after his set, Dee Nosh said he was happy to be in Bulawayo and would make trips as and when needed.

“I was here (Bulawayo) two months ago and I must say the entertainment industry here is alive and kicking. I will definitely come back when people want me to be here,” he said.
