The Bulawayo provincial matches were graced by former Bulawayo Pool Association (BPA) chairman Godfrey Kondo, who played an exhibition match against Mike Mutsvedu from Queens Pool Academy.

“It was good to see hordes of pool lovers throng Dawn Sports Bar to witness the final qualifier matches.

It’s our sincere hope that these experienced 10 players are going to represent Bulawayo province well,” said Dawn Pool proprietor Osborne Wells Dziko, who doubles up as the BPA publicity secretary.

A fortnight ago, the Zimbabwe Pool Association (ZIPA) outlined the playing format of the annual tournament, which made a return this year after being put on hold for two years owing to Covid-19 outbreak.
