SOCIALITE Mduduzi “Mdu” Mdlongwa is set to celebrate his 42nd birthday by holding an All-Black Party at his place of work, Hartsfield Tshisanyama.

The event to be held on October 28 has been dubbed “All Black Legends Party”.

Mdu as he is known by many in the entertainment strata, uses the gig as an appreciation of his life that has seen him play a pivotal role in the growth of the city’s entertainment space.

Through his 3D Events company, he has brought internationally renowned artistes of the likes of Black Coffee, Sjava, DJ Tira, Black Motion, Cassper Nyovest, DJ Zinhle, Vigro Deep, Jah Prayzah, DJ Zandie Maz, Winky D, DJ Fresh and Euphonik among others.

To celebrate 42 years of being alive, Mdu said the gig will largely be a DJ affair as he wants people to dance off the special night.

“This is the second time we hosting it and we hosting this to celebrate with friends who have been supporting me through my lifetimes in events of fashion, music and dance.

“This is also to kick start the festive season and we do this with a lineup that includes DJ Slimza, DJ Liz, DJ Wellyonz, DJ Gassy, DJ Uegy, Mlungu omyama, DJ Crazy Dee, DJ Kotwane, The Grooveman, DJ Jza, The Outfit band, The Expandables, Rebellious shuns, DJ Mufali, DJ Blaze (Harare), DJ Moffy, DJ Rafto, King Don, DJ Feliate, DJ Cue Bots, MC Miss D Bosts and Image Music Band,” said Mdu.
