More SA returnees test Covid-19 positive

ZIMBABWE has recorded four new cases of Covid-19 bringing the total number of cases countrywide to 391.

According to the Ministry of Health and Child Care, the new cases were recorded from South African returnees who have been put on isolation.

“As at 16 June 2020, Zimbabwe had 391 confirmed cases, including 64 recoveries and four deaths. Of the four cases one was recorded in Masvingo and three in Mashonaland East provinces,” read a statement from the Ministry. No new cases were reported in Bulawayo which has 24 confirmed Covid-19 cases.

Matabeleland South has 64 cases while Matabeleland North has four Covid-19 cases.
