The golfer has amassed 276 points to open up a 52-point gap although he has missed five of the 19 tournaments.
Vincent remains the one to beat in the junior and amateur ranks.
The 19-year-old golfer is leading the 36-members ZJGA.
Ray Badenhoist is second on 223 points.
The Royal golfer missed three tournaments and is likely to make an impact this season as Vincent is not taking part in most events.
Clive Nguru is third and just a point behind.
The Chapman golfer was in Namibia with Badenhoist a month ago representing the country at junior level.
Chapman dominates with Bret Krog, who won the club championships last week, also in the top five with 196 points.
Benjamin Follet-Smith, who won the Wingate club championship, is fifth on 157 points and has missed two tournaments.
Scott Ferguson is sixth on the order on 141 points.
The battle for the order of merit in the junior ranks will continue during the holidays of the second term.
Meanwhile Chinhoyi Golf Club will host the Bain golf tournament today. The tournament is expected to attract a big field with several Norton Country Club players taking their golf bags there for the 18-holes tournament.
