THE Minister of State for Harare Provincial Affairs and Devolution, Charles Tawengwa launched the provincial input scheme.
According to the Ministry of Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services, stakeholders converged on Hillview College in Hopley, Harare South for the launch.
