the Big Brother Africa Amplified reality show.
“It’s like my life has just begun. Big Brother has given me so much . . . He showed me to Africa,” she said.
She said she had fallen in love with South Africa and its “beautiful people”.
“South Africans are very welcoming. I will come back in a month or two. I want to go to Soweto. How do you go to South Africa and not go to Soweto? It’s a crime.
“I want to explore the country and see it for everything it is,” said the nightclub owner and beauty therapist.
Confidence said she was considering opening a nightclub or salon in the country.
She said the reality show had taught her a lot.
“Big Brother taught me that there was more to the life that I led. I’ve realised that the people I left at home when I went into the house are important and they make my life worth living,” said the mother of one.
She said she did not miss the house as yet. Confidence had over the past few weeks been praying about going home.
“I was just tired of the people. I missed the outside world and I kept praying to be kicked out. I’m happy to be going home,” she said.
She also said she had no regrets about the nude picture she took while in the house.
In the picture, housemate Zeus of Botswana sat on the edge of the bathtub and placed his hands on her bare breasts as she enjoyed a bubble bath.
“It was a task and I wanted to get the best picture. You have to be comfortable in your own skin. I’m looking at the picture now and I don’t feel ashamed.
“I would frame it but first I would have to block Zeus and then proudly put it up,” Confidence said. – Sowetan.
