SA rapper Gigi Lamayne was spotted in Bulawayo yesterday apparently on business for the United Nations South Africa Global Goals programme.
The Ice Cream hit maker shared a video of her while Bulawayo bound on Tuesday morning.
The former Mabala Noise artiste, Gigi Lamayne yesterday shared a snap of her captioned “Africa never Looked so Good! #UnitedNations #GlobalGoals #Matabeleland, on her Instagram and Twitter account.
She looked like she was in the passenger’s seat of a car. Another snap she shared was when she was carrying a baby and this one was captioned #UnitedNations #GlobalGoals #Bulawayo.
Towards the end of last year Gigi Lamayne parted ways with record label Mabala Noise over “creative differences”.
The award-winning rapper produced the hit song Lobola and album I-Genesis while with the label.
According to the United Nations there were 17 Global Goals agreed upon in September 2015 by 193 world leaders for Sustainable Development. If these Goals are met, it would mean an end to extreme poverty, inequality and climate change by 2030.
